We are so happy to welcome AnyPerk’s new Office Manager, Patricia Santos! Patty brings years of operations and HR experience, and we’re honored to have her on the team. Welcome Patty!
Q: How did you first hear of AnyPerk?
A: I first heard about AnyPerk through the awesome Google Group, OrgOrg. It’s such an excellent resource and community to be a part of!
Q: What do you hope to accomplish at AnyPerk?
A: I hope to first and foremost serve my role as Office Manager well, above and beyond expectations to help grow and support AnyPerk as a whole, and also drive an amazing office culture so everyone enjoys coming to work everyday.
Q: What activities fill your weekends?
A: Martial arts and combat sports fill my weekends! I train competitively in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, with Olympic weight-lifting, wrestling, and Judo as supplementation. I know it sounds crazy to some, but it’s so much fun!
Q: Where will you be in 5 years?
A: Professionally, in a role where I am leading the Operational and/or HR aspects of the company – I love the responsibility of taking care of my team. Personally, in my own cute home in San Francsico with my family…with world championship titles in jiu-jitsu!
Q: What is your favorite perk?
A: The food perks! I love to eat – even more so if there’s a deal involved!
Q: What is your favorite team building activity?
A: I’m all about being active or outdoorsy, so things like hiking or obstacle races or things like that are my favorite. Gotta love how team competitions bring team spirit way up!
